MAINSTREET CAMPAIGNING –

It’s been a great two weeks of campaigning across the First District. Our campaign walked parades in Chatfield and Lanesboro and I also visited the Freeborn, Mower, Nobles, Brown and Nicollet County Fairs, addressed Winona’s Chamber of Commerce, attended Federated Rural Electric’s annual meeting in Jackson, toured Winona’s Knitcraft apparel company, addressed the Freeborn County GOP picnic and made many more stops.

Farmfest Panel

FARMFEST –

This past Tuesday I participated in Farmfest’s congressional candidate forum and squared off against Tim Walz.

I focused on how Walz, through his big government votes for extremist EPA regulations, ObamaCare and a carbon tax, is misrepresenting farmers, small businesses and consumers and punishing Southern Minnesotans.

This past week I visited the Watonwan, Waseca and Dodge County Fairs and our team walked parades in New Ulm, Eagle Lake, Adrian and Welcome. On Saturday alone, I traveled more than 300 miles for parades in 3 counties.

It was another excellent week of retail campaigning across southern Minnesota. I had a great time at the Fillmore County GOP picnic in Lanesboro and it was fun shaking hands and meeting voters during parades in Rochester (see above photo), Kiester, St. Clair and St. James.

Press Conference

HAGEDORN HOLDS PRESS CONFERENCES ON ISLAMIC TERRORISM –

Recently I held press conferences in Rochester and Mankato and addressed the threat of radical Islam. I offered solutions, including a refugee program “timeout,” to help prevent or minimize the likelihood of future attacks by Islamic terrorists. To review our campaign’s press release click here.

Mapleton Parade

MAIN STREET CAMPAIGNING –

It was another strong week of campaigning, highlighted by parades in Mapleton (see above photo) and Fairmont (see below photos).

Thanks to all the volunteers who endured the warm temperatures to walk Mapleton’s Town and Country Days and Fairmont’s Interlaken Heritage Days Parades on Saturday. Everyone had a great time! I love shaking hands with parade goers and staying connected with voters.

Yes, the “Main Street” picture featured above is an actual shot taken during my walk through Luverne’s Buffalo Days Parade this past Saturday morning. The Hagedorn team had a great time meeting Rock County residents and campaigning alongside State Senator Bill Weber and State Representative Joe Schomacker, both respected GOP leaders (pictured above).
