HAGEDORN ACHIEVES NRCC YOUNG GUNS “ON THE RADAR” DESIGNATION
Blue Earth, Minnesota – Friends of Hagedorn, the campaign committee for Minnesota’s First District Republican congressional candidate Jim Hagedorn, today announced it has been added to the National Republican Congressional Committee’s Young Guns program, having earned the programs’ “On the Radar Designation.”
To reach this threshold, candidates had to prove their viability by reaching certain benchmarks in fundraising, messaging and communications.
“I am honored to have been added to the “On the Radar” list, one of our campaign’s early goals,” said Hagedorn. “The Hagedorn volunteers won’t slow down, and will continue to work to unify the Republican Party, maintain our full-time campaign across all 21 counties of the district and stand up for the conservative solutions that accurately reflect the views and values of southern Minnesotans,” Hagedorn concluded.
This is the fourth cycle of the “Young Guns” program, which was launched in 2007 by Speaker Paul D. Ryan, current House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy of California and former House Majority Leader Eric Cantor of Virginia.
