FRIENDS OF HAGEDORN FEC Q2 2015 REPORT
The Friends of Hagedorn campaign committee reported total receipts of $51,182 and cash on hand of $35,277 for the FEC Q2 2015 reporting period, April 1 – June 30.
Jim Hagedorn announced for congress on May 12, 2015, and was formally a candidate for 50 of the reporting period’s 91 days.
“We’re off and running, and our fundraising, organization and town-to-town, farm-to-farm handshake campaign grows each week,” said campaign spokesman Gregg Peppin.
Though outspent by a 6 to 1 margin in 2014, Hagedorn far out-paced expectations and earned the highest vote percentage (45.7%) against Walz since the incumbent was first elected in 2006.
“Twin Cities Tim” has had ten years to make his mark, and failed. During the campaign we will aggressively contrast Walz’s unproductive liberal record with Jim’s bold and positive solutions to deal with the challenges facing our nation,” Peppin concluded.
