Hagedorn Weekly Report #68

Hagedorn

WHERE’S WALZDO?

Since mid-May I’ve made 116 Main Street campaign stops, walked 40 parades & visited 20 of the First District’s 21 county fairs. Our campaign is working hard and having fun!

Meanwhile, Tim Walz walked in 3 parades and attended 2 county fairs this spring and summer. Other than staged photo-op media events, Walz has been all but nonexistent.

I believe the sincerest way to demonstrate my respect for you is to make Main Street campaign appearances across the First District and offer my solutions and reforms of Washington, D.C. openly, and honestly.

Hope to see you on the campaign trail very soon!

MAINSTREET CAMPAIGNING –

Godhal Days Parade

It’s been a great week campaigning. On Labor Day I joined with Brown and Watonwan County Republicans to walk the Godhal Days Parade (see above photo) and this Facebook post.

Also this week I had fun Main Street campaigning in Mantorville, see video, and stumping with Minnesota State University, Mankato, College Republicans, click here.

On Thursday I was honored to campaign with former Minnesota U.S. Senator Rudy Boschwitz (see below photo) in rural Blue Earth County, click here for photos and Facebook post.

FOX NEW CHANNEL’S PETE HEGSETH TO CAMPAIGN WITH JIM SEPTEMBER 15TH –

Our campaign is excited that U.S. combat Veteran Pete Hegseth (see below photo)– author, former candidate for U.S. Senate in Minnesota and Fox News Channel contributor – will be traveling the First District with me, Thursday, September 15th.

Pete Hegseth

Pete will offer his national political insights during a Rochester Hagedorn fundraiser, see invitation, and then will participate in a joint Hagedorn-Hegseth town hall discussion focusing on foreign policy, terrorism, refugees and veteran’s issues.

For more information, please contact our campaign at info@jimhagedorn.org.

HAGEDORN TO HOLD TOWN HALL MEETING IN MANKATO ON HEALTH CARE REFORM, SEPTEMBER 14TH –

Tim Walz has not held a town hall meeting on health care reform since September 15, 2009.  Much has changed during those 7 years, which is why I will be holding a town hall meeting on September 14th at Mankato’s Event Center from 7:00 – 8:15 PM.

Please make plans to attend and be prepared to offer your personal experience with Obamacare. For more details, click here.

Fundraising

FUNDRAISING –

As our campaign gains support and strength from First District residents, Tim Walz relies on DC lobbyists, political action committees and Twin Cities radicals to fund his campaign. If you don’t believe me, see this Walz DC fundraiser invitation.

I need your support to pull off the biggest upset in this election cycle and be in position to change Washington D.C. and restore America’s greatness.

Please contribute $25, $50, $100 or even the maximum amount of $2,700 to help me publicize Walz’s failed record and offer my solutions to defend America, spur economic growth and high-wage jobs and protect our God-given rights.

To contribute online click on www.jimhagedorn.org/donate or mail a check to: Friends of Hagedorn; 11 Civic Center Plaza, Suite 007; Mankato, MN 56001. Thank you.
