Hagedorn Weekly Campaign Update

MAIN STREET CAMPAIGNING –

We keep working hard to build support for our campaign. This past Friday evening I attended the Minnesota Republican Party’s annual Lincoln-Reagan Dinner. As you can see from the above photo, Team Hagedorn was well represented! In all, almost 900 Republicans were on hand to support our state party.

During my recent visit to Watonwan County I met with community leaders in St. James and visited the Harold Wolle Farm to discuss agriculture issues with MN Corn Growers (see below photo).

Over just the past few weeks I’ve campaigned in 15 counties and an array of cities including: St. James, Albert Lea, Hayfield, Caledonia, Winona, La Crescent, Dodge Center, Wells, Truman, New Ulm, Faribault, Owatonna, North Mankato, Lewiston, Mankato, Luverne, Lakefield, Springfield, Worthington, Sleepy Eye, Fairmont, Rochester, Leavenworth, Winnebago and Minneapolis.

HAGEDORN FUNDRAISING TOPS $637,000 –

The Hagedorn campaign has done a good job raising critical early money. As of our latest filing with the Federal Election Commission, we have raised $637,000 (more than any other Democrat or Republican candidate in the race), with $330,000 in the bank.

Please help us continue building fundraising momentum by attending our Fairmont reception on April 24th (see details here) or make a contribution today by mailing a check to: Friends of Hagedorn; 11 Civic Center Plaza, Suite 007; Mankato, MN 56013 or make an electronic contribution at jimhagedorn.org/donate. Thank you!

MN FIRST DISTRICT REPUBLICAN PARTY CONVENTION –

Minnesota First District Republican Party delegates and alternate will convene at the Verizon Center in Mankato to endorse our candidate for First District Congress on Saturday, April 21st.

The Hagedorn campaign has worked very hard these past 17 months to stay connected with our GOP activists and keep building Republican unity and support.

While I am confident our strong campaigning will help us win decisively in Mankato, our campaign takes nothing for granted. We will keep working hard to earn your support, win our Party’s endorsement and then keep fighting all the way thru November 6th.
